Cochran Lodge No. 271 is in need of a road sign and is accepting price quotes.
The sign will be placed in the front yard and needs to be easily read from vehicles driving by.

The wording "Dinner 6:30 PM (Visitors Welcome)" is an auxiliary plaque on hooks that can be changed-out easily with anther message. Maybe instead of hooks, use drop-in slots.
Make the sign large enough to be easily read from vehicles passing by at about 25-30 miles per hour from both sides of the street.
This is a two-sided sign and should be about 5 feet wide. The bottom of the sign needs to be 3 feet above the ground level to be able to be seen over the stone wall.
For permitting, you will need to provide us with detailed sign drawings to scale showing dimensions, height, colors. And a site layout showing proposed location of the sign.
Let's start with these ideas and suggestions.....
I am open to suggestions on color's and font style, please provide some examples. The 4x4 posts and base color should be white.
The sign needs last a very long time and be as maintenance-free as possible, i.e. stainless steel, brass screws, posts and base should be made of vinyl that looks like wood, etc.
Option, one or two solar powered lights on each side, that would light it up for a few hours after sunset. Price separately.
